När du vandrar passerar du genom en levande grön dal med fantastisk utsikt över Ausangateglaciären, som vördas av lokala samhällen som ett heligt berg. Anslut till den andinska kulturen genom att träffa lokalbefolkningen som lever i harmoni med naturen och delar med sig av sin urgamla visdom. När du närmar dig Rainbow Mountain, börjar de första tecknen på färgglada minerallager dyka upp, måla kullarna med naturlig magi. Din Expert Guide kommer att förklara den geologiska formationen, andlig betydelse och kulturella berättelser bakom denna unika plats. På toppen visar en 360° panoramautsikt den majestätiska skönheten i detta heliga land i Cusco, en plats där natur och ande möts.

Vi hämtar dig mellan 04:00 och 04:30. Sedan kör vi genom South Valley. Turen tar cirka 3 timmar för att få Quesinouno community där vi stannar till frukost. Vi startar sedan vandringen i 3 timmar ca. till regnbåge berget (det mesta går upp). På vägen upp kommer att belönas med fantastisk utsikt över flockar och lama, Ausangate-berget, många röda berg och traditionella lokala hus. När vi äntligen når vår destination, Rainbow Mountains (5 020 m), har du tid att utforska området och ta bilder. Vi kommer att tillbringa cirka 30 minuter till 1 timme (beroende på vandringshastighet och väderförhållanden). Efter de spektakulära sevärdheterna uppifrån går vi ner till startpunkten, som kommer att ta ungefär 2 timmar. (Quesiuno community) varifrån vi tar transporten till Hanchipacha community för att äta lunch. Sedan börjar vi vår resa tillbaka till Cusco.

We had a spectacular day on the 7-color Mountain with "Encounters Peru Adventure". From the start, the service was impeccable; the team was friendly and Pro, making sure we were comfortable throughout. The hike was challenging but it was totally worth it to get to the top and see those vibrant colors. The Guide provided fascinating information about the region, which enriched our experience. It was definitely an unforgettable trip to share with my partner. I highly recommend this adventure!

This day trip was very nice The mountain were gorgeous! The guide Raoul was a : - excellent drive - awesome guide - great photographer And a really good cook😜 Small group with almost alone on the mountains. Perfect trip! Thanks to Jose Luis and Raoul!
I had a very good trip up to the Rainbow Mountains with Jose Luis as my guide. He is a very nice person with a plenty of tricks and knowledge on hiking. His expertise was just amazing and helpful. I can surely recommend this company and Jose Luis
We booked a raimbow mountain trip with Encuentros Peru Adventure, booking the trip was easy however the day of our trip things were not as promised. here is the summury of our trip Positives + -Small group, -Easy to book Negatives.- -50m late pick up -Driver was in a rush, with loud music, answer the phone driving, which we consider no responsible about their clients. -Basic breakfast and lunch -Our Guide did not have first aid kit and oxygen, highly neccesary for this trip, one of the hikkers got sick and guide was not well prepare for emergencies. -Guide still needs to improve his english skill, we had better ones in the previous tour we did.

Did this day trip from Cusco and Jose Luis was our guide. We have no words to express our gratitude to this company and the guide. The tour weas an outstanding excperience, something that we would cherish for the rest of our life. Everything was accurate, just as it was mentioned in the itinerary and the guide spoke good English and took a good care of us as we hiked up and back.
Our guide was Jose Luis. We could not be any more happier with him. He is thoughtful in every way - looking our for our safety, knoledgable in culture and trkking tips and current practices. He is very attuned to hikers´fitness and stamina and modifies pace accordingly.
The trek to the Rainbow Mountains was very special experience. The tour was organised very perfectly. The meals provided were adequate. Jose Luis was our guide and he made this a very interesting trip.
A wonderful hike up to Rainbow Mountain. This is a true gem. The view, the people, the hike everything was so special.I was lucky i had a clear weather so there were no snow on the mountain and i had a chance to see all the seven colours. A very special place.

Everything went perfectly. Without any setbacks, we enjoyed the colorful mountain tour a lot, a little tired but worth it... I really liked the good treatment given by the agency, the organization and the guide who always treated us cordially and sharing his knowledge. Highly recommended
