Utforska några av Charlestons förtrollande gränder och historiska platser på denna lilla grupp, 2-timmars rundvandring. Med våra små gruppturer är du garanterad en mer intim och nära upplevelse. Charlestons gränder ligger lyckligtvis inom det populära historiska distriktet vilket gör att vi kan inkludera några välkända sevärdheter och gå lite "utanför den slagna vägen" medan du utforskar historien och skönheten i Charlestons förtrollande gränder. Generellt inkluderar vi mellan fyra till sex olika gränder / passager samt populära sevärdheter som Rainbow Row och naturligtvis massor av historia! Dessa gångvägar förbises ofta, men att gå längs dessa kullerstensbelagda stigar är en möjlighet att uppskatta Charlestons rika historia och dolda, mer intima charm.

Turen börjar från Old Exchange & Provost Dungeon. Observera att vi inte går in i byggnaden.
Vi kommer att utforska mellan 4 till 6 gränder samt populära sevärdheter, varav några ligger i bostadsområdena i den historiska stadsdelen som vi kallar "South of Broad".
Rainbow Row är bara ett av många stopp i "South of Broad" området. Observera att vi inte går in i några byggnader på våra turer.
Vi kommer att utforska flera intressanta platser i hela den historiska stadsdelen, inklusive 4 till 6 gränder, varav några ligger i de Franska kvarteren.

Very informative and...
Very informative and beautiful walking tour! This city has so much history and beauty. Duggar was excellent and entertaining!!! He's very passionate about his job and did a wonderful job explaining the city's history. Highly recommend!

I’ve never done a guided...
I’ve never done a guided tour before, even though I travel quite a bit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did this tour solo, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The guide was fantastic knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I enjoyed it so much that I’ll definitely be doing guided tours again in every city I visit in the future. Highly recommend

The Back Streets of Charleston
The Historical Back Alley tour was a great way to see behind the scene places. Our guide Duggar was great - knowledgeable about the history, a fun guide, and loved the stories .

Learn Charleston’s History Off the Beaten Path
Id you only take one tour in Charleston, take this one and, if you’re lucky, you’ll get David as your guide for this wonderful walking tour throughout some of Charleston’s hidden alleys. He was outstanding in every sense of the word. As a native born Charlestonian he knew the history well and had a great gift of storytelling to boot. We took this tour on our 56th wedding anniversary and David recommended a wonderful spot for lunch right on the Cooper river. All in all, a fabulous experience.

Off the beaten path tour
Sam was an excellent guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with her. We got to see parts of downtown Charleston that we hadn’t seen before. She also made sure to ask if we were all okay since it was very hot and humid that day which I appreciated.

The information was very interesting to show the significance Charleston has had in history in the US. The guide today was Evan Byrd. His passion and stories were so interesting.
