We did the Rekindled Tour. We loved the modern/classic contrast of the rebuild of the distillery. Jack was our tour guide. He was personable, quite knowledgeable, and did a great job. We met Victor as well and he added quite a great deal to the distillery experience. Both Jack and Victor did a great job and ate valuable assets to the customer experience for visitors.

I recently visited the Rosebank distillery on the reawakening tour (90 mins including tasting). A first rate experience from the parking, warmth of the welcome, the professionalism of the guide and the quality of the amenities. The distillery tour brings an historical perspective of the distillery from its inception, demise and its rise from the ashes. A heart warming tale delivered with real insight and passion.

Visited Rosebank on my first ever distillery tour. Very Impressive and our guide, Claire, was brilliant. The tasting session at the end was excellent although I was driving so took the whisky away to have at home. Great couple of hours if you are in or near Falkirk.

The folks at Rosebank were excellent. Victor, Robert and Erin were knowledgeable friendly and engaging. The facilities and history were amazing. They spent the time to answer all our questions in detail. All in all a great experience.
