SOBAGIRI-RAKUJYO är en aktivitetsbutik där besökare kan uppleva att göra ramennudlar, en populär japansk mat, på ett autentiskt sätt. Till skillnad från billiga matlagningsupplevelser som bara kombinerar kommersiella produkter, är denna upplevelse unik för Kappabashi, köksknivarnas stad, och använder en stor kökskniv speciellt utformad för nudeltillverkning för att prova på att skära nudlar i tunna skivor utan att använda några maskiner, applicera soba -soba skivningsteknik som har använts sedan Edo-perioden. Ett original och systematiskt verktyg som fullbordar en sådan traditionell upplevelse på bara 30 minuter. Efter att ha gjort nudlarna kan du välja din favoritsmak och uppleva pålägg vid din plats. RAKUJYO erbjuder både ramen och soba, så även om det finns någon i din grupp som inte gillar vetemjöl kan du byta till en sobatillverkningsupplevelse med 100 % bovetemjöl. Our group had an amazing time at this ramen-making class! The entire experience was incredibly well organized, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make it fun and stress-free. The instructors kept the class entertaining while teaching us how to make delicious ramen from scratch. We especially appreciated that they took photos throughout the class so we could simply enjoy the experience. This is a top-notch establishment and absolutely worth the price. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

This experience was a 10 of 10 experience. The host was amazing. He was so attentive. He made sure me and my daughter enjoyed our self. We laughed the whole way through. The food was amazing 10 / 10 anytime I come to Japan I will definitely come back

The soba noodles were very carefully taught and the result was very delicious. I think it's highly recommended for international guests.
