We travelled as a couple in March 2026 and had an absolutely fantastic experience with iEgypt. From the moment we were received at the airport to the final drop-off for our departure, everything was perfectly organised and executed. The itinerary planning was excellent and very reasonably priced. Everything that was agreed beforehand was delivered exactly as promised, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip. Our journey included internal flights, a wonderful Nile cruise, and guided visits to Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Abu Simbel. The English-speaking guides were excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The drive to Abu Simbel was comfortable and well organised, and the hot air balloon experience in Luxor was truly unforgettable! At the Giza Pyramids we had a fantastic guide, Sandra, who made the visit even more memorable. A special mention must go to the team for taking such good care of our dietary requirements, especially considering it was the Ramadan period. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. The itinerary did include quite a few early mornings, but everything was carefully planned and ran smoothly. The team was always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything, which made the whole experience stress-free. A huge thank you to Joe, Mou and Ali for their exceptional service and hospitality. We would highly recommend iEgypt to anyone planning a trip to Egypt!

Iegypt is a trustworthy agency.. They were true to the itinerary, no hidden fees .. they got feedback of all guides and drivers for daily. They provide prompt updates on whatzapp like pick up timing. We had private transportation arranged in each location, going as a family, it was so useful to us.. Guides like Ava in Cairo and Mr Ali in Luxor are so good to us. Ava became like a sister, and Mr Ali, his knowledge of the real history is next level!! The price for our 10 days trip (including Hurghada) was the best in the market.. We are lucky to found this agency!

We just completed the trip with IEgypt mid januarary 2026. I wasn't sure which company to plan our trip in last minute. But I was watching many Youtub videos from Gventures her coverage of information about Egypt was excellent. I saw IEgypt was recommended in her videos. So I contact Joe on the website, Joe got back to me very quicly with proposal. Few times I have requested his to adjust itinerray fits with our requirement. It fantastic planning and finalizing the trip with Joe. Price we paid was resonable for the service. Egypt is one of most hisrorical country I have ever visited. I wish had bit more history knowledge before I went there. There were so many kings, Queen and god and godess. This country is my highlights for culture and history. It was colder the we expected in Janurary. There few confusion along way the who will be out guide and driver as they were not shared name and contact in advance. That was bit uncomfortable. Whenever I message they got back to me update time and other information. If they were sharing the name of person and contact number that makes things so easy and smooth. Overhaul experiecne with IEgypt is satifying. Few thing they must inform the customber in advance as moving into different places. If those info guide and driver is sahreds with us name and telephone number that will be great. Since we booked the private tour car these guys provided outdated wasn't clean enough. After we insisted they provide few transport are better. We were not expected on those old cars. I was hoping the day we arrive Cairo or next day someone from company come to meet us and brief about the trip and pay the balnce but no one from management team came to meet us to share all the infrmation. We had very nice guide with best posible English in Alexandria, She is only person spoke English withouth heavy Egyptian accents. Her name was Aalaa highly recommebnded. Our another good guide(Husain) was in Luxor was excellent information and knowledgable. He was very kind person also. Guide provided for Giza and other sights of Cairo he was knowledgable also but hard to understand his English. I wasn't sure about 3-4 days Nile cruise. I wouldn't recommend Nile cruise more then 1 day. They cruise ships are badly manage they all leave same time and stop same place. So visiting sights all together from 30-50 cruise far too croweded so not enjouyable to visit any sights. Nile cruise is not for me. I wouldn't recommend. One point we got stuck nearly 3-4 hours waiting for our turn to pass the canal. IEgypt booked the Cruise wasn't really 5* to me. He booked the room next to engine so no chance to sleep and it has now view. They must have booked the chepest class. I would still recommend highly IEgypt tour but they have lot to improve in their service. I can confidently tell that they looks after the customber and stay in contact sending message time to time check on us. If they can provide service with personal touch they can do even better. Since I am travel agent in my country I can see the different how they operate in Egypt and my home country in Nepal.

We have done A trip with I Egypt, the company is excellent with customers care. and excellent communation with. knowledgeable tour guides. on time received from all the location for the sightseeing trip. They immediately address and handle the on going situation. The Room which they booked for us every where was not as mentioned while booking and we had to argue while at the location. The Nile cruse ship was not so excellent as we have mentioned during the booking and room for us was provided juts near to engine with same floor so view was not that excellent as well as can not sleep at night due to the noise. Other wise they may get Excellent.

I had multiple planning calls with the team before booking and they made sure that the trip was exactly what I was looking for and that I felt comfortable the whole time - additionally, while on the trip they would reach out after every excursion to make sure it went well and to ask for feedback on where they can improve.
