Beskrivning

The weather was bad from the start- boat was not prepared with the front and side panels down before the wind and rain made it impossible to do it right. The life jackets were given out fast and parents were putting it on their young kids incorrectly. They were not helped or given instructions. Barf bags were given out thank goodness to many who needed it. Due to the weather we did not get to go to the snorkel areas and only went to the beach location for the lunch. We got there at noon and told lunch would be served at 2:00 but didn't get it till 4:00. The fish lunch was cold. The bathroom was horrible with toilet paper being sold and no seat on the toilet. There was no discount given due to weather or toward another excursion. We got back 2 hours past the time scheduled. It was money spent on a bad time.
It was a large boat with LOTS of participants. Unfortunately, we were unable to do the majority of activities promoted because of weather. I understand that they have no control over the weather. (It would have been nice to have been given the option to go or to postpone for another day.) The ride across the bay was so rough, many people were green and had to use the small, provided, waste bag. There was no instruction for parents on how to properly fit the life jacket on their child. Not all life jackets had working straps and buckles. The food was ok, although challenging to eat breakfast on the boat in stormy waters. It took several hours to be served lunch once ashore on Los Arcos Island. The return trip had smooth waters but the music was played so loudly (91 decibels per my friend's iWatch) that all I wanted to do was get off the boat. My husband is a musician and I attend music events all the time, so I love music. But I love it more at the correct volume. All in all, I was under impressed.
Thank you for giving us your important feedback. Unfortunately we can not control Mother natural but we Will take prompt action over the other points inmediately. Please let me know whenever you return to PVR to provide you with free airport transfers.
