Estafa, no contestan y se quedan con tu dinero. No reserven con ellos. LADRONES!!!! Scammers, they don't answer and they keep your money. Don't book with them. THIEVES
Buyer beware, These folks are running a scam. outside the airport they sign you up for their service to take you where you want to got. They suggest taking a small private car so you get there faster (double the cost of a shuttle van) .They say you'll get your car in 5 minutes. So,,,,, you pay it and they tell you to go 50 yards down the walkway where you will pick up your car, however there they tell you there are no small cars available and that you'll have to wait hours for a small car. They suggest you take the van, but of course will not reimburse you the fee you paid for a private car. So, stuck, we took the van and had to travel all over while they dropped everyone else off before we got to our destination. It is very upsetting. STAY AWAY. THIS IS A NASTY SCAM.
Wonderful experience! Our driver was amazing, we loved her, I think her name was Dolice Marina. She was waiting for us by the bar outside the airport holding a sign. You message them when you land and again after you clear customs. And you are on your way! However, my only concern is that when I booked the transfer online, my bank shut my card down because the charge was from Mexico. They messaged me that I could pay cash at pick up. Great! I did just that. But, She was unable to give me a receipt. I messaged ETransfers and asked for a receipt. Long story short, no receipt. Other than that, all good! I only wanted a receipt because I payed for a round trip transfer and I am still here in Mexico.
