Takayama och dess omgivningar med traditionella hus, historia och sakekällare runt om. Vi har fler än sex bara i centrum!. Du kommer att smaka på den lokala saken, historien om sake men också den här stadens egenskaper, hur den föddes, hur Takayama utvecklades, hur sake produceras och mycket mer. Guiden kommer att förklara varje detalj i detalj på ett tydligt, enkelt och steg-för-steg sätt. För skull älskare, för Takayama älskare!

Besök inne i Sanmachi Sujis historiska centrum (Kamisan-no-machi) och prata om den lokala kulturen, historien, produktionen och provsmakning av sake. Turen avslutas vid Nakabashi Bridge. En glimt av den vackra staden på en timme!
En mycket gammal sakekällare med sitt utmärkta lokala japanska vin. Provningen inkluderar mer än sex typer av sake och ett par destillerade produkter (provningen är inte för att fullborda ens ett par eller bara en av deras stora urval). En stor variation och smak för en lokal japansk skull som du bara kan prova i Takayama. Extra kostnader tillkommer för provningen, men inträdet är gratis.

We had a great time with Luca, who shared with us about the history of Takayama, brought us to a miso brewery where we got to try to some miso, and he also showed us some of the beautiful crafts of the area (which we loved!). At the end of the tour we went into a sake brewery where Luca shared with us the basic theory behind sake brewing, we tasted some sakes together, and he left us there to keep tasting sake on our own.
We had the pleasure of a tour in Takayama with the energetic guide, Luca. Our tour of the old town included Sake and miso tastings, as well as such at a very traditional restaurant. Luca is knowledgeable, flexible, energetic and fun, filled with love for his new hometown. Highly recommend any tour with him.
Luca was so passionate and knowledgeable. We got a great insight to the history of the area and the Sake process. Highly recommend Lucas tours for anyone wanting to know more about the history of the area.
This tour with Luca was more than just tasting sake. He offered tid bits of Takayama city and cultural history, sake brewing and even some dining advice. It was nicely paced and very enjoyable... all squeezed into the 1-hour tour.
Luka was so informative with local historical information including all the different Sake's and Grappa. It felt like the tour was tailor made for me. He knew all the answers to my questions and more. Would highly recommend this to everyone
Very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. We didn’t see the confirmation email and missed our time. But Luca rescheduled on the same day for us. We learned a lot during the tour. Highly recommended
I booked this tour as a last minute experience. I thought it odd, but there wasn't a set time for the event. The next morning, Luca sent me a message that it would be in the afternoon but; unfortunately, my train wasn't scheduled to arrive in time. Fortunately, for me, Luca was very accommodating & held a special session for me & my friend. I'm so grateful he did, as it was a great experience! Luca was very friendly & extremely knowledgeable about Takayama & its sake. I'm glad I didn't miss out.
Luca was fabulous! He went above and beyond to accommodate us. I learned a lot and he even got us into a booked restaurant on Saturday night! Truly enjoyed meeting him and taking the tour. Thanks again Luca for taking us on the tour late!!!
Horrible! Don't waste your money. There's no time listed on the ad. I got a WhatsApp message 5 minutes before the tour was to start and he says he won't let me come at a different time and no refunds. Buyer beware!
This is a fabulous tour. Luca speaks many different languages with excellent English. If you want a taste of history, miso and info on sake making and tasting this is a great choice. Luca even gave us a great recommendation and helped us with booking a fantastic restaurant. Highly recommended.
