Våra guider är erfarna och kunniga och tar dig med på en resa genom natthimlen. Lär dig att hitta norr och platsen för våra säsongsbetonade trianglar, stjärnbilder och planeter. Med hjälp av kraftfulla laserpekare kommer vi att ge dig en underhållande och skolastisk upplevelse, med berättelser om antika civilisationer, grekisk mytologi och utvecklingen av Kosmos. Våra teleskop drivs med en knappsats och är lika enkla att använda som att skicka ett sms. Teleskop är förprogrammerade med vår objektlista för natten. Genom att trycka på en knapp på knappsatsen flyttas teleskopet till nästa objekt. Vi tittar regelbundet på följande typer och klasser av objekt: Galaxer, nebulosor, stjärnhopar, dubbel- och binära stjärnor, planeter, jordens måne, klotformiga stjärnhopar, kometer och mer. Beroende på tidpunkt kan den internationella rymdstationen (ISS) och Starlink-tågen ses passera ovanför.

Stargazing Moab är glada att vara värd för dig, familj och vänner för en underhållande kväll av stjärnskådning och astronomi under den internationellt certifierade mörka himlen i Moab, UT. Vi börjar med en kort promenad genom en skalenlig modell av vårt solsystem. Våra guider kommer att bekanta dig med våra grannplaneter när den astronomiska skymningen börjar gå ner. Varje gäst sitter i sin egen tyngdlöshetskapsel med en filt och ett par kikare. Dessa kapslar formar sig efter din kropp och eliminerar tryckpunkter för att göra det bekvämt och enkelt att se den stjärnfyllda himlen. Våra astronomiguider kommer att presentera ett 2-timmars program som inkluderar toppmoderna teleskop och laserpekare för att guida dig runt stjärnbilder och objekt på natthimlen. Vi ger också gästerna en närbild av himmelska objekt (galaxer, nebulosor, kluster) genom våra kraftfulla teleskop. Varma drycker tillhandahålls också, såsom varm choklad, kaffe och te.

Devon and Kramer were fantastic! Very insightful, energetic and great communicators. The skies were clear and the show amazing. Highly recommended.
This was an excellent evening activity! Devin has a fun way of delivering lots of information that makes it very interesting for all. They have a top notch setup, including several telescopes, a hot chocolate and coffee stand, binoculars, and bean bag lounges with blankets. We highly recommend this while in Moab!

The event is hosted by Devon a very educated and entertaining astronomer! I learned so much while being thoroughly entertained. Additionally her camera/telescope assistants were also very professional and well prepared. My husband (who loves studying the stars/space) and I loved it!

Lots of thought and effort put into this experience. Very passionate and knowledgeable guides. Everything was provided to to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable under the vast night sky. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Moab with even a passing interest in astronomy.

I was visting Moab on an Amtrak vacations 4 ( read: no car). I thought i could maybe take a rideshare to/from the tour location. Unfortunately the nature of ride-shares meant I didn’t find out nothing was available to take me until it was time to leave. Upon finding out (about an hour or so before the start time) I tried to repeatedly contact the operator to let them know of the problem and need to get transport or cancel. I received no response. It was only sometime after tour start that I received a “where are you” call that I was able to explain the situation. I was told they do offer a shuttle service to the tour site, but nothing on this page or their website says that. Rather it says they do not provide any transportation. I have yet to hear anything back about a refund or compensation despite the phone call referring to such possibility. Overall ability to communicate with operator in case of a problem was really poor and caused me to waist $200+ of money with no recourse.

Amazing!!! Absolutely fantastic. Devon was the BEST guide to the stars ever! As an astronomer, she pointed out the constellations, told the stories, and showed us distant galaxies with digital telescopes. Truly an amazing experience. We did this stargazing excursion, rafting, and canyoneering. This is tied for first! Highly recommend!
