The transfer service provided an excellent start to my stay in Perú. The driver was already waiting at the international arrivals gate, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free after a long flight. My name was clearly displayed on a tablet, so locating the driver was effortless. The vehicle was modern, comfortable and impeccably clean, which immediately created a positive impression. The driver was courteous, professional and respectful throughout the journey. Although he was not particularly talkative, he was pleasant and attentive, and his driving was exceptionally careful and safe, which was greatly appreciated given the traffic conditions. I genuinely could not identify any negative aspects of this service. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally from the moment I arrived, resulting in a smooth, comfortable and worry-free transfer.
Our flight was delayed so we had some difficulty finding our driver but ultimately connected. Staff was helpful in a mildly stressful moment at 3am!
The driver was on time. Pedro Cruz. He drove way too fast and was not friendly. Disappointed because our first driver was so kind and was happy to talk to us. Taking care how he drove.
Easy airport link up, comfortable car, professional driver. The communication with the company and the driver was great, especially considering we almost missed our flight and had to reschedule.

This company is Horrible!!! I was robbed!! NO ONE EVER CAme to pick me up!!! I spoke with customer service, and was never contacted with a follow up about my concern!!!!!!
Driver arrived on time. Since it was the middle of the night, it was very quick drive to the airport.
Poor communication from the agency as was in dark till 8 AM for 8:30 AM pick up to catch a flight. Got jitters as did not receive any car details etc till 8:15. However Juan arrived well in time. Good experience with Juan, though the car could have been cleaner.
I requested this private taxi to pick me up at 4:00am to take me to the airport. Never received a text the day before letting me know who the driver will be or the type of car to expect. Never received a text or phone call before 4:00am to let me know they were on the way. I was about to have the hotel call me a taxi because I didn't want to be late for my flight when I received a text from the driver around 4:30am that they arrived and were outside. I went outside to a man who exited the car and placed my bag into the trunk. There was no introduction, no apology or explanation. Complete silence from this driver who appeared to be annoyed that he had to drive out at that time of morning. To further exasperate the situation, this driver ran multiple red lights I guess to make up time for being late and to get me to the airport on time. This was a experience that I would recommend that no one has to tolerate. Next time I will order Uber or have hotel call a taxi. Never again with this unprofessional private taxi service.
Always use this company when traveling to Lima. They are punctuation and assisted in helping with my luggage both in and out if car. Eduardo was an excellent driver. Highly recommend this company!
