Highly recommend for the convenience. Traveling with wheelchair and 8 people. Dropped right at the gate of Versailles. Pick and dropped off exactly on time.

Excellent driver. Followed through with pick up after our day in Versailles when we were uncertain at drop off when to be picked up.

The driver was not friendly, professional, or respectful toward my family and children. Clear communication and mutual respect between a driver and a client are essential. I am requesting that this driver be blocked from contacting me through any form of social media or in person. I blocked him in my WhatsApp contacts as well. His comments about my children’s future were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. My children should never be involved in a disagreement or misunderstanding about the service offered. I believe this matter should be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I do not want to see him near my family. This type of behavior is not safe. Apart from today’s experience with the driver, I’ve used viator services many times, in different countries and have always loved it. It’s unfortunate that this is the first negative experience I’ve had.

We purchased a round trip ticket to Versailles. The company tried to say we needed to pay extra to get back after taking us there. We had to get a taxi back. We do not recommend this private transfer.

Great transfer service. All we could have asked for and more. Highly recommended. Meeting all of the needs for our family including some who were physically challenged.

The driver was prompt, friendly and communicative throughout the day as unforeseen circumstances changed the return portion.

The vehicles and drivers were outstanding, the process was confusing and stressful. The pickup location (provided to us in the app) was given to a taxi driver at our arrival terminal at CDG. It was a ramp within the airport with no way to even get out of a car. Fortunately we had time before our pickup. Our taxi driver took us near a hotel and eventually we were able to communicate to the actual car service driver where to pick us up. In the return from Versailles I was on it early obviously. I sent a text right away to the “activity provider” and the the call centre chat. I didn’t hear anything for over two hours. Again thankful we had lots of time and I was trying to nail it down. I was told for the return trip that I should have given a pick up location days before arriving. Nobody explained that and we didn’t see anything suggesting that in the app or booking tool. Also, new to Paris, new to Versailles. Might I suggest that you have suggestions for pickup that make sense (not a highway) and give that to the people booking a day trip to Versailles. Asking a foreigner to pick a spot in Versailles days in advance makes absolutely little sense to me. Do better, if you want foreigners to use the service then I suggest you plan pick ups out as a default and let the customer change it. It’s a trip to Versailles and back to CDG… have a default that’s the “best” option. You should know not the person whom has never been to Versailles. Again, excellent, excellent drivers and service, I felt bad for them working with such disorganization and last minute locations selections when it’s not necessary.

Driver was very prompt and picked us up exactly where he said he would be. A great way to get to Versailles.

Our driver Simone was prompt courteous and the van was clean and spacious. He knew exactly what our drop off snd pickup l points were and made sure we clear. His English was excellent. Highly recommend this service.
