Friendly, helpful service. It was easy to reserve the service via Viator. I was also able to contact the company (Xplora) about my flight cancellation. Would use Xplora again.

Really good pickup, and excellent communication. Only confusion was from the automated emails at the beginning asking for more trip details. I went to edit trip but all the details were already there. So I was worried the trip would be cancelled, but once I got the WhatsApp messages, all was well. I also noted that when I looked at fares a couple of weeks out the price was around NZ$105 to Naviti but when I booked the week before thr trip it was about NZ$175. So I recommend booking early.

We arrived on an evening flight into Fiji, the locals at the airport were beautiful and helped point us to our driver. The instructions were easy to follow when booking. Our driver was friendly, answered questions we had about the area. Helped us navigate a quick stop to get water for my 3 year old. It was easy and stress free.
Mani was available and waiting for me when I came out of Nadi Airport. He was helpful. Xplore was also accommodating with the change of pickup time from hotel to airport for my departure.
Friendly, ontime, clean bus, trailer to transport luggage was a trouble free experience. Helpful to load and unload luggage.
