Bad experience

I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the transfer service contracted in Porto de Galinhas. On the way, we were not asked about the amount of luggage and was sent an inappropriate gas car, with the bags being transported in an improvised and unsafe way. On the return, we requested to change the schedule to 12:30, which was not respected. And even though the company was already aware of our luggage, again an inappropriate vehicle was sent, the driver demonstrated bad will and still needed to supply at the agreed time, causing delay and disruption. In addition, the two drivers kept moving on the cell phone while driving, which is very worrying and passes zero sense of safety. It is unacceptable that a transfer company is not prepared to carry luggage properly or that its drivers do not comply with basic traffic laws. The experience was extremely negative and below the expected minimum.

Travel Port of Chickens / Amazing Japaratinga

Sensational service, we did not expect to be received with a plaquette and much less personalized. We made 4 stretches, all were very punctual and with a clean car. We also had all the support during our trip. For excellence in service, we ask for indication for buggy ride and we close too. No words to describe the service provided.

Poor attention

Unfortunately, no one picked up our group at the airport, and they didn't even answer the phone, we stayed an hour waiting, we had to pick up Uber

Unpresentable

They never came looking for us, we had to take a flight and no one came looking for us, they didn't even answer the messages !!!! We had to resort to a taxi

The transfer that was supposed to transfer us from Porto to the Airport simply did not arrive despite writing to them by message

The transfer didn’t come looking for us and they still don’t give me back; I have written to Tripadvisor and I still have no answer from anyone.

Rest and sunbathe with my friends... were great days...

A pleasant week, excellent climate, Enotel with many pools a great slow river, rich food, drinks, spacious room, beautiful gardens to the beachfront recommended one hundred 💯 percent....

Nobody showed up at the agreed hotel at the scheduled time. They left us in hand.

The driver didn't show up at my hotel. At the appointed time he was in another city. We stay in hand. I requested a refund, and my lawyer is already taking action. Amateurism and disrespect like I never saw, I almost missed the flight and had to pay another driver.

O motorista acabou indo pra o hotel errado sim. Porém, calculamos o horário já com uma margem de antecedência para alguma eventualidade que possa vim acontecer. E ele chegou a tempo hábil de levar você ao Aeroporto mas o senhor não quis esperar. Já autorizamos o reembolso. Pedimos desculpas pelo ocorrido e se tivessem perdido o voo a responsabilidade seria da nossa empresa em arcar com outra passagem aérea.

More expensive than taxi and late

I hired a transfer from Porto de Galinhas to Recife, a price more expensive than taxis usually are, I had to pay a deposit to guarantee the trip and when it was time to go there was a delay of more than 40 minutes, the trip was scheduled with 2 days in advance for the company to delay on the day, charging dearly

Agradecemos o feedback. A questão de cobrar mais caro do que é taxi isso não procede. Quanto ao atraso, pode acontecer a qualquer momento. Porque alguns fenômenos da natureza, como alguns imprevistos que não podemos prever antecipadamente. Porém, o atraso nunca ocasionou na perca do voo de nossos clientes. A questão de cobrar apenas um valor simbólico antecipado, é o normal da maioria das empresas. O aéreo pagamos antecipado, hospedagem também e muitas vezes nem somos reembolsados e pagamos 100% antecipado. E mesmo havendo pago o sinal, se o cancelamento for por algum erro da empresa, nós devolvemos o valor. Sei que o transporte terrestre não se compara a grandeza do aéreo mas trata-se de uma prestação de serviço como outra qualquer e de uma empresa séria. Então, acho prudente que as coisas sejam ditas como aconteceram mesmo. Porque nunca praticamos um valor mais alto que o taxi.
