We requested an early start from Da Nang so that we could avoid the crowds at SunWorld, Ba Na Hiils. The tour operator was very accommodating with this and also organizing our cable car tickets which was all done via WhatsApp. The day went smoothly and our driver Tony was very good.
Sky communicated clearly and promptly when arranging our trip. On the day he arrived on time, and his car was clean. We had a great conversation both ways to/from our destination, and Sky also took care of ticket purchases for us and provided some bottled water. We’d use also asked for restaurant suggestions and he was spot on for great food at affordable prices. We’d use his services again, thanks Sky
Sky has been an excellent tour guide. Very helpful and could accomodate small changes to itinerary and had good knowledge of the places to make a good decision . Would definitely recommend him for touring you around Da-Nang, Hue and Hoi An

Pleasant comfortable car, careful steady driving. He waited at Ba Na no problem. If I’d organised two separate trips (one to BaNa and then one to Hue) from my hotel it would have been around the same price maybe a little more, so this was easy and convenient to do all in one day.

BOTTOM LINE- Sky is the best in the business, and will do anything and everything to make sure your trip is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Prior the trip- it was so easy to communicate with Sky! Always available for any question, always quick to respond, and even when we had general questions about Vietnam (that did not have anything to do with his services) he was so happy to assist. Sent me all the details and info in an organized way to make sure it’s all transparent and clear. Time of trip- Sky had to pick us up from our hotel at 6am, by 5:50am was already waiting for us offering us Vietnamese coffee from the coffee place by our hotel. The drive was smooth and easy, and Sky made sure we’re comfortable and have everything we needed. I can honestly say that Sky was probably one of the best tour guides we’ve ever come across and that is mainly because of the fact he will treat you as a friend and not just as a “customer”. Also the fact that his English is perfect makes it so easy to communicate and also makes it a bit more fun to share experiences and ideas about our Vietnam trip. He was so helpful and aware of our needs and concerns. And for that, Book Sky, you won’t regret it.
