Khor Virap som betyder "djupt fängelsehåla" är ett armeniskt kloster som ligger i Ararat-slätten i Armenien, nära den stängda gränsen till Turkiet. Klostret var värd för ett teologiskt seminarium och var bostad för armeniska katoliker.
En vingård med en spektakulär historia inom vinframställning, med namnet på en av de äldsta druvsorterna i världen - "areni"
Noravank betyder ”Nya klostret” på armeniska. Idag passar dock inte detta namn, eftersom klostret redan är mer än sju århundraden gammalt. Det vackra Noravankklostret byggdes på 1200-talet på avsatsen av en smal slingrande ravin ovanför floden Amaghu, nära staden Yeghegnadzor. Kyrkans reservlinjer kontrasterar vackert mot de skarpa röda klipporna, och det dramatiska landskapet är en av de bästa anledningarna att besöka Noravank. Klostret kallas ibland Amagu Noravank, för att skilja det från Noravank kloster i staden Goris. Amagu är namnet på en liten bosättning som brukade stå över klyftan.
Vattenfallet Shaki är en av Armeniens vackraste natursevärdheter, belägen nära Sisian. Vattenfallet faller cirka 18 meter genom en smal klyfta, omgiven av klippor och frodig grönska, vilket skapar en kraftfull och naturskön utsikt – särskilt på våren och försommaren när vattenflödet är som starkast.
Wings of Tatev är en 5,7 km lång linbana mellan Halidzor och Tatevklostret i Armenien. Det är den längsta reversibla flygspårvägen byggd i endast en sektion, och innehar rekordet för Längsta non-stop dubbelspåriga linbana. Byggnationen avslutades den 16 oktober 2010. Wings of Tatev flygspårväg ligger i Syunik regionen, 250 km söder om Jerevan
Tatevklostret är ett armeniskt apostoliskt kloster från 800-talet beläget på en stor basaltplatå nära byn Tatev i Syunikprovinsen i sydöstra Armenien. Termen "Tatev" hänvisar vanligtvis till klostret. Klosterensemblen står på kanten av en djup klyfta av floden Vorotan. Tatev är känt som biskopssäte för Syunik och spelade en viktig roll i regionens historia som ett centrum för ekonomisk, politisk, andlig och kulturell aktivitet

It has been my first private tour and it simply could not have been better. I was with Levon, who brought me site by site, explained the most important stuff for each place, and even went far beyond any expectation in Tatev. The goons at the wings of Tatev only wanted to sell me a one-way ticket rather than a two way ticket, claiming imminent bad weather (it remeaned strictly sunny) and probably wanting me to pay extra for the return. Lavon let me go up with the cable car, reached me in Tatev monastery even if he was supposed to rest, and showed me the place including a secret spot. On the way back we even briefly did Devil's Bridge even if it was not included. I could not be more satisfied by the guide.
This was a fantastic tour with Gor! It is easy to see how much he cares about his country, its history and culture, and sharing it all with tourists visiting. He is a true professional and definitively made this tour the best part of our trip to Armenia! Highly recommend!
Hovo was a great driver and brought be safely to all the interesting points. He also helped me to take photos! We had great conversations and I appreciate it a lot
This was a fantastic private tour. Hobo was a good guide. We drove at our own pace and saw all the important attractions. Hobo was fun and knowledgeable. This was a highlight of my Armenia trip.
This was an amazing day tour and I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to travel around Armenia in a private tour. We arrived in Khor Virap and Noravank before any buses so we had both places to ourselves. Tatev requires a few more hours of driving but is 100% worth it, especially to see more parts of the country. Sergey spoke great English and shared his knowledge of Armenia and the sites with us, along with being a safe driver on the mountain roads. Don't hesitate to book this activity! Thanks Sergey!

Great trip from Yerevan if you have limited time and you want to see a lot of sights. Levon was a fantastic driver/guide/photographer. Defo recommend doing as a private tour rather than a long group tour

Excellent tour to some of the most famous places in Armenia. Driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Punctual and polite. The sights were worth seeing and instagrammable. Could not recommend this trip more.
