We do want to clarify a few points for future guests, as this review is attached to a small, locally owned company. Our directions clearly state that we meet in a public parking lot and that we do not have a storefront. This information is included in detail and was sent to you twice prior to your tour. During Nights of Lights, we do not offer hotel pickups due to extreme traffic congestion and city restrictions; however, as a courtesy, we were still able to drop you off at your hotel after the tour concluded. The pickup location is exactly as described in our confirmation emails and map links. While we understand that navigating downtown during Nights of Lights can be challenging and that not everyone is comfortable with directions, the meeting location itself was not inaccurate or changed from what was provided. Regarding the lights, we do not create or post social media reels, so we are unsure what videos you may have seen online. Our tour includes all major Nights of Lights displays as well as residential neighborhoods, which is consistent with how the event is presented citywide. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you would still recommend our company. As a small local business, clarity and transparency are very important to us, and we strive to communicate expectations as clearly as possible for all guests.
