I call him every year and now my friends use him! He is polite, respectful and kind. When we want to be picked up at a certain time, he is there 15 minutes early everytime! He is knowledgeable about the whole Jamaica and refers us to places to go that are beautiful outside of the hotels we stay àt. I trust Ricardo when I go to Jamaica and I go every year! Can't wait to hear what he recommends this year for us.
Ricardo was fantastic. I booked round trip airport transfers for my family of 5 from the Montego Bay airport to the Princess Grand Redort which is at least an hour and 15 minute drive. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and made us feel safe. His vehicle was clean. We felt very comfortable with him and actually booked an excursion with him directly a few days later. He personally picked us up, planned a day to take us shopping, then to our parasailing excursion in Negril, followed by lunch at Margaritaville and finally to Rick’s Cafe. He stayed with us the entire time and provided cultural history and insight along the way. His communication via WhatsApp was consistent and up-to-date. If you are looking for the total package, Ricardo’s your guy!

Ricardo made the transport from the airport to our hotel smooth and stress free. We found him waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport as planned . On the way to our hotel, he shared Information about the areas we were passing as we drove along , like history and interesting facts and recommended several things to do and visit while on the island . We were picked up on time from MoBay Airport. However we didn't initially see the driver. Thankfully I had the driver's phone number and another driver called our driver. My phone didn't worl right away in Jamaica. Our driver was nice and showed us various sites aling the way. On return the driver was on time and picked us up from our hotel.
