Tour operator called and kept pressuring us to upgrade the tour we booked. We booked a small group and he tried to get me to upgrade to a private (couples) tour. Also said the time we originally booked was no longer available and if we would have to go at 2:00 instead of 12:30 because the time slot we booked was full. He then told me it would be unsafe to ride the horses in a group because too many horses in a group can kick. We ended canceling. I was not paying an extra $110 to upgrade for something I already paid for and having the time changed at the last minute because the operator over booked Viator was great. I sent them all the information and sent them the screenshots of the messages between myself and the tour company and got my money refunded
Yes! We been doing horseback riding for 22 years now an we know what is best an must important thing for us is travalers safely if you never rode horses before the best way to go is private tour especially when we have lots of peoples on the Shared event but sometimes peoples don't understand that but we keep it to heat is must important here the travelers safety!! Our one disappointment: very skinny horses, which can be distressing to an experienced rider. The guide was fun and did it all in his slides. Beach was beautiful— but if we did it again we would’ve found healthier-looking horses without rain rot.

We had a fabulous riding experience! The communication via WhatsApp was super helpful and they are very responsive. The ride is an hour long, half on beaches and half through a shaded trail - nice and scenic. I am an experienced rider and wanted to gallop a few times, and was able to. The horses seem well cared for; after my tour they were taken back to the farm and swapped out for the next tour. Our guide, Miguel, was great! Overall a perfect experience -- exactly what I was looking for!

This company is a scam, the company uses the name of another company to sell their tour and I know it because I contacted the real company Punta Cana Adventures and they said that they have already reported the situation to Viator but they do not solve the problem yet, if you search for this company Punta Canada Adventures does not appear on Google, the service says that you are picked up from your hotel but they never do, there is no address to get to, a person contacted me my reservation was at 9am and they modified it at 1pm, of course I asked for the refund of my money, they told me where to get to, I got to the place and the beach was super dirty, it is not the beach they show in the photos, the horses look super tired, the “guide” wanted to finish the tour after only 40min and I had paid for two hours and wanted to leave us lying on the beach when I had already coordinated with my driver the pickup point, do not lose your money like this, it is a company that does not exist, irresponsible and dishonest and viator knows it and they do nothing.

When I spoked with you on the phone via WhatsApp call I told you that we didn't had enough travalers an you agree to get a Uber to us you requested a patril refund but I reject it that's why you leaving this bad review also if there was trash on the beach it because is was raining an we can't do anything about mother nature!!
There was no communication on what time to meet, only to be at the gate, no response from the company after sending multiple messages to inquiry about the tour, only could tell me it must have been the internet and we got left. I'll NEVER book with this company again!
Sorry your missed your pick up my WhatsApp number is 18296035318 we use WhatsApp for better communication because sometimes travelers internet can be really slow in they resort so Whatssap work better with slow connection! As your was told by email
Horses were nice and our guide was a nice guy too, but did not meet expectations. We were collected with Uber and dropped off at a plot of land in front of ranch (I presume). No introduction, no explanation just get on the horse. We spent about 20 minutes riding to the beach on public roads before making it to the beach. Once at the beach the horses were pushed in position for some photos (charged extra) no offer to take with our phones. Then we had a 20 break before heading back over paved roads before we were collected with same uber. Whole experience little more than hour. I booked the tour so we could ride on the beach and there was no opportunity for that.

Nobody showed up to pick us up at the scheduled time. We tried calling and contacting the operator but received no response. We went to Macao Beach ourselves and still could not find anyone from the tour. The service was not provided at all. Please issue a full refund.
You didn't list your resort name we contacted you by email you responded very late for your pick up your came to Macao beach but our ranch is few mins away from the beach
