Denna halvdagstur börjar med en hämtning från ditt hotell klockan 9.00
För det första gå till Chinatown, en subzon och etnisk enklav som ligger inom Out ram-distriktet i centrala Singapore. Chinatown har tydligt kinesiska kulturella element och har haft en historiskt koncentrerad etnisk kinesisk befolkning.
Sedan åker vi vidare till National Orchid Garden, som ligger inom Singapores botaniska trädgård, öppnades den 20 oktober 1995 av Singapores minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew. Trädgården ligger på högsta kullen i Singapores botaniska trädgård. Att ge plats för 60 000 orkidéväxter - bestående av 1000 arter och mer än 2000 hybrider - är de tre hektar noggrant anlagda sluttningarna.
Fortsätt sedan vidare till Little India, ett varierat etniskt distrikt i Singapore. Beläget öster om Singapore River-över från Chinatown, beläget väster om floden och norr om Kampong Glam. Båda områdena är en del av stadsplaneringen i Rochor. Little India är allmänt känt som Tekka i det lokala tamilska samhället. Det finns mycket att lära här från dess historiska början till dess moderna plats i ett mer kosmopolitiskt samhälle.

Alex was the driver. He knows Singapore very well. Having a local driver is 1000 times better than doing it yourself. He covered the principle places of Singapore.
Alex was a great tour guide. Explained all the sites really well and we learned a lot about the culture, people and buildings of Singapore The orchid garden is beautiful We could have spent more time there Recommend this private tour if you have only 1 day in the city
Alex gave us an enjoyable and fact filled tour where we learned about the history and culture of Singapore. We really enjoyed traveling throughout the city in his air conditioned car. Every stop we made was carefully curated with us and reflected our expectations of the tour. A very delightful experience!

Alex ensured we had the best, first day tour of Singapore. Our group of 4 included a wheelchair and he secured the perfect vehicle for our day. He shared his vast knowledge of his country and patiently answered all of our questions. Because we had additional days in Singapore, he made wonderful suggestions and tips for continuing our exploration of his wonderful country.
Our guide, Lena, was late - after postponing the scheduled start time. She carried an umbrella in the hot, sunny garden but did not offer one to us (they were in the van). When we asked for water she took us to a shop to purchase our own. At each stop, she dropped us off and told us where to meet her in 20-30 minutes. She was not especially knowledgeable about the sites she took us to. NOT a good guide (but reasonably pleasant).
Alex was wonderful. He took us to see some of rhe highlights of Singapore. He was easy going, very knowledgeable, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Wong was personable, knowledgeable, and quite funny. He was a joy to spend a few hours with. In just 4 hours, we pretty much covered as much of Singapore as I had hoped....
