Ditt första stopp är Jama Masjid, Indiens största moské. Tillbringa lite tid med att gå runt den röda sandstensgården. Den byggdes 1656 med hjälp av 5000 arbetare. Det ligger framför det kungliga residenset "Red Fort", mitt i Chandni chowk.
Gurudwara Sis Ganj är en av de mest framstående sikhiska gurdwara, eller sikhiska husen för dyrkan, i gamla Delhi.
Besök den berömda marknaden för kryddor i Chandni Chowk. Låt alla dina sinnen känna de indiska kryddorna som aldrig förr. Lär känna några intressanta fakta och användningsområden för kryddor.
Det är ett av de största hinduiska templen. Den byggdes 2005 men verkar ha byggts i över tusen år på grund av sin arkitektur.
Det sägs att år 1664 kom den åttonde sikhgurun för att besöka kungen och botade människor som drabbats av smittkoppor och koleraepidemi genom att dela ut dem vatten från tanken. Den vattentanken, som används av gurun, finns fortfarande kvar i gurudwaran och tros ha medicinska egenskaper.
Detta blir ditt sista stopp i Delhi. Lotustemplet är ett Bahá'í-hus för tillbedjan som invigdes i december 1986. Det har blivit en framstående attraktion i staden, känd för sin blomliknande form.

The guide was a great person who tries to do everything to make the day enjoyable!! I did not feel good instead with the organization as I had a tour reservation at 8:30 and without telling me anything they picked me up at 11:00 so we could not see the lotus temple...

The company accepted my booking for the temples tour on a Sunday but unfortunately when the tour began on Monday morning we realized that two of the temples were closed on Mondays. It was an unfortunate mistake but they went above and beyond to rectify and allowed me to take a (free) tour of the closed temples the following day. The guides were informative, helpful and trustworthy. It's a great way to see parts of Delhi that are tough for lone (or non-native) travelers to navigate on their own such as Chandni Chowk.

Our guide Geetoo (unfortunately we may not have remembered the name correctly?) picked us up at the hotel on time and reported our many interesting things about Indian history, religions and culture. In 5 hours we visited the highlights of altdehli and on a walk and a rickshaw ride through altdehli we are much closer to Indian life came as hoped, even Indian street food was there. Thanks also to the driver who got us safely through Indian traffic. We can only recommend the tour.

Satish gave us a good summary of the Old and New Delhi. He took us through the spice market, and it was a cool experience to see and smell hundreds of different spices. In addition, Kumar (our driver) was a safe and good driver. He was fun and entertaining as well.
