Maeto-san was a great guide and took very good care of us, Skytree was an amazing view of Tokyo and lets you appreciate the true vastness of all of Tokyo. Very pleasant day and the sashimi lunch Maeto-san recommended was delicious.

This was the best way to see Tokyo! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and fluent in both English and Japanese. Our driver Mr. T dropped us off in front of each location saving us a lot of extra walking. We had done a lot of touring on our own the day before so our guide had to adjust his plans with new places for us to see and he didn’t disappoint!! We loved going to typical places like Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Skytree and then more unique places like Shinkansen Bonsai Garden where we met Bonsai Master Kunio Kobayashi…a truly unique experience! Highly recommend Christopher Newton as a guide…he provided the perfect mix of history, fun facts, and cultural insights!

So many positive things to say about Chris and the gentleman who drove us around, Mr T. Chris was professional yet laid back and very accommodating to what we wanted to see and do. It was perfect, not too many temples, not too much shopping and just the right amount of scrumptious food. Chris is knowledgeable, personable, funny and really took the time to get to know us and had great recommendations based on just our conversations. We loved it so much we booked a second tour with him before our first one ended! Looking forward to our next visit to Japan and our next adventure with Chris and Mr. T.

This tour was a true VIP experience, with our guides walking us through both iconic landmarks and local hangouts. The driver picked us up curbside at each stop, which means we could visit a great number of places in one day. The team also provided an efficient itinerary so we could maximize our time.
