Landskapet och djurlivet på Falklandsöarna fortsätter att ta andan ur oss, besökarna är imponerade av vad de ser och upplever. För att fixa din pingvin beger vi oss direkt för att se pingvinerna vid Gypsy Cove och Yorke Bay. På dessa två platser kommer du att se 3 av de 5 pingvinarter Falklandsöarna har att erbjuda! Vi tillhandahåller hemlagade luncher och snacks inslagna i oblekta komposterbara förpackningar. Vår favoritplats att njuta av mat och dryck är vid fyren med den vackra utsikten. Vi kommer att äta inne/utanför fordonet (beroende på väder). Res 20 minuter utanför Stanley för att se det typiska Falklandslandskapet. Ta en rundtur runt Stanley med en lokal invånare och lär dig hur det är att bo här. Träd planterats för varje bokning. Våra 4x4-fordon rymmer bekvämt 4 passagerare.

Se magellanska pingviner och fantastiska landskap (vita sandstränder, stor himmel och turkosa hav)
Gentoo och kungspingviner på fantastiska vita sandstränder. Upplev att gå längs stranden eller genom de höga sanddynerna. Möjlighet att titta på delfiner också
Den 18 meter höga fyren byggdes 1855 och ligger på den östligaste punkten av Falklandsöarna. Fyren var under många år den sydligaste bemannade fyren i världen Om du har tur kan du se delfiner, pilgrimsfalkar och valar. Vår favoritplats att njuta av en lunch ifrån andra.
Den tremastade barken Lady Elizabeth (Liz) byggdes i Sunderland 1879 och är nu ett imponerande skeppsvrak i Stanleys hamn. 1913 skadades hon när hon rundade Kap Horn. På väg till hamnen i Stanley träffade hon Uranie Rock som orsakade ytterligare skador inklusive ett hål i hennes skrov. Vid inspektion dömdes hon och förklarades som sjövärdig. Hon användes som ett lager innan hon bröt sina förtöjningar i en storm 1936 och drev till sin nuvarande plats. Hundratusentals fantastiska bilder på henne har tagits under åren. Hennes bakgrund är Stanleys hamn, Stanley och ett antal berg. När tidvattnet är väldigt lågt är det möjligt att gå ut på sanden och röra vid henne.
Res ut från Stanley för att ta in Falklandsöarnas vilda och robusta skönhet. Stora himlar, havet, bergen och våra unika stenbackar (aka stenfloder). Se var några av de häftigaste striderna i Falklandskonflikten 1982 ägde rum mellan de brittiska och argentinska trupperna. Få en känsla av terrängen de brittiska styrkorna åkte 50 mil över för att slåss och befria folket på Falklandsöarna.
Se dig omkring i huvudstaden Stanley. Se de viktigaste landmärkena: Christ Church Cathedral, Whalebone Arch, Liberation Monument, Margaret Thatcher byst, Battle of the Falklands Monument, Government House (officiell residens för kungens representant), valbenssamling. Lär dig om livet i Stanley från en lokal invånare. Få lokala rekommendationer om sevärdheter, butiker, pubar och restauranger.

If you want a true experience of the Falklands, book this tour. Everything was arranged to perfection from the pick up, to the various stops, to the lovely lunch picnic that my family won’t forget!
We had a lovely tour with Carla. We were treated like old friends. Carla took us to several spots. We saw three different kinds of penguins and found a spot by the lighthouse where we saw 2 sea lions. Carla answered a lot of questions for us. We had sandwiches in the car and delicious rhubarb bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour!

The tour covered most of the highlights in Port Stanley. Especially thrilled by the unexpected sightings of 4 seals on cape pembroke where we had a picnic lunch, when we got our first tasting of the rhubarb cake. The guides also took us to an extra stop to see the king penguins. We got to see lots of gentou penguins in the lovely Yorke bay, got a chance to hike near gypsy cove where we saw more gentou and Magellan penguins.

This is the best tour we have ever taken in our lives. Mike is an amazing human being. He is a great ambassador for his country, and his love and knowledge of his land are evident. My 4 and 7-year-old daughters enjoyed this experience immensely. The sandwiches and details were exquisite. This is a must-do tour, done with a lot of heart and love. Paul our driver was fantastic . He was very knowledgeable about Stanley island and very personable. He drove us over the island and through the town. He brought with him homemade sandwiches and drink and it was very good. We enjoyed getting to know Stanley and Paul and the excursion was fantastic.
