- Fordonet kommer att tilldelas baserat på antalet passagerare.
- Avgångsöverföring kommer att hämtas 4 timmar före avgångstiden för både internationella och inrikesflyg
- Väntar på flygplatsen upp till 75 minuter efter landningstiden
- Om ingen flyginformation ges till oss minst 24 timmar före ankomst - kommer ingen återbetalning att göras. Se till att du inte har glömt att ge oss flygdetaljen.
- Ankomstöverföring kommer att följa ditt flygs faktiska landningstid. Men om du vill begära en speciell upphämtningstid eller utforska inuti flygplatsen, vänligen informera oss i förväg innan ditt ankomstdatum.
- Du kan meddela oss på kontaktnumren ovan om du skulle bli försenad på grund av oförutsedda omständigheter utöver väntetiden. Vi kan göra vårt bästa för att ordna så att chauffören väntar i väntan på sin tillgänglighet. Observera att föraren förbehåller sig rätten att ta ut en avgift på 10 SGD per ytterligare 15 minuters väntetid.
- Upphämtnings-/avlämningsplats Jurong och Woodland tillkommer en extra avgift på 20 SGD per fordon som betalas till föraren
- Varje passagerare tillåts ett stort och ett litet bagage. En avgift på 15 SGd per bagage kommer att tas ut för varje bagage som transporteras utöver standardtillägget.

Driver was excellent. met us at airport - allowed time to take a pic of the waterfall inside, gave informative commentary during the drive to the hotel. All Good - using same company for return trip.

The transfer was perfect. Driver met us right as we cleared customs where he was waiting with a sign. Clean, nice car and he shared a lot of information about Singapore on the drive to the hotel.
