I would give 0 stars if I could. This tour was nothing like what was advertised. The listing promised visits to the Valley of Roses, the Rose Museum, rose picking, and VIP seating at the Rose Festival. In reality, the only thing they provided was a seat at the festival, and even that turned into a disaster. The Google Maps location they sent for the VIP seat was incorrect. When I arrived, no one there knew anything about my ticket or seating. I was sent to a completely different location, and the tour representative was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach them. Rather than miss the parade, I had to purchase another ticket myself. Customer support was extremely slow and offered no meaningful assistance when problems arose. The company advertised an experience that they simply did not deliver. This was a very disappointing experience and felt misleading from start to finish. I wasted both time and money and would strongly recommend booking with a more reputable tour operator instead.

I wanted to show my business customers the beauty of the Rose valley while this off the season. We managed to make rose picking and behind the scenes visits for the implementation of the Rose festival. Incredible!!!

That was an amazing experience, where we got to experience all of the best what can offer Rose Valley! All of our group is especially grateful for Hristo who was an amazing guide throughout all day! Thank you once again!

Above excellent. Were able to watch the rose picking ritual, picked and able to keep baskets of rose buds, front row seats at the festival parade, rose museum and the garden and then topped off with the damascena rose oil museum and factory. Hristo was excellent in making sure we were able to access everything which was greatly appreciated. A very memorable day

Truly amazing experience with probably the best company in the area. Real VIP service with a private guide, spot on programme, always on time and with the best seats! Recommended to everyone who wants to fully experience it!

I'm Bulgarian and I visited the rose festival several times but I never enjoyed it more than this time! We had the best seats with the best view which made our experience completely different than standing in the queue of people and giraffing to see something. Then we had a wonderful time in the old town of Kazanlak with special performance and tasting of rose products with the awarded Rose Queen. Truly amazing! And that's the real Bulgaria!
