Private 6 - Day Morocco Tour : Casablanca, Chefchaouen & Desert

We booked a 17 day customized road trip to Morocco with Abdou and the entire experience was magical. It was a wonderful mix of cities and nature, mountains, coast and of course the Sahara! Highlights for me were 2 nights in the Sahara and the city of Fes. We stayed mostly in Riads, loving the hospitality and homemade meals. Abdou is a phenomenal guide and human. He is kind and throughtful, pays attention to detail, and embodies the welcoming and hospitable nature of Morocco, which he showed us every day.. By the end of the trip he felt like family. If you are considering a trip to Morocco, I highly recommend Abdou!

Absolutely the best guide who became our friend. Abdou helped us create a private 15 day tour around Morocco. Driving thru the country is the best way to really experience so much of what Morocco has to offer. However, whether you have 3 days or 15, Abdou is the best. He curated for us ( 2 women friend travelers) unique and authentic experiences - lunch in the Atlas with a local family, showed us where to buy authentic items vs foreign copies, how to support local communities and where to eat as the locals do. Fantastic driver, always felt safe and accompanying to our needs. Thank you so much Abdou for sharing your country and culture with us while driving us around.

This was the best intro to Morocco. It’s a lot of driving and some of the roads are challenging but because of the skill of our driver-guide and the diverse scenery, we were never bored. Abdul’s program was fantastic - we also loved that he took us off the program for the best coffee and barbecue in Atlas mountain villages. The trip is the perfect combination of old cities and eco tourism views and experiences in Dada Gorge and Todhra Gorge. We will refer other people to Abdul and come back.

Our tour in Morocco with Abdul was excellent. Everything was very well organized from beginning to end. Abdul was very kind, professional, and always attentive to make sure we were comfortable. He knows the places very well and made the whole trip very enjoyable.

Abdou was a great tour guide and made the tour experience very easy and comfortable. He was always punctual and easygoing. He knew all the places, their history and even made stops to experience local delicacies and sights. He always made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend Abdou.

This was a wonderful expansive tour from the North to the South - with beautiful changing landscapes along the way. Abdou was a wonderful driver and guide who made sure to fully take care of our family of 5. His flexibility, patience, kindness and professionalism, mentioned by previous reviewers, made our tour so much better, including one time where my son accidentally left his small bag in the van with some essentials after we were dropped off to our lodging for the night, and Abdou personally brought it to us well into his own "off time" and to great effort. Due to the timing of our flights, we needed to make some modifications to the itinerary which Abdou was able to gracefully accommodate and thoughtfully consider what would provide us with the best experience. Our modification involved a very long drive no longer broken up with an overnight stop, and we very much appreciated this extra effort. Our favorite stops were Chefchaouen (despite rain) and the desert (amazing). Abdou was very accommodating when we wanted to skip a planned stop or needed any extra breaks. He was an expert driver. I think it would be helpful to know that not all of the lodgings seemed to be 3 out of 4 stars per the tour description - we stayed in mainly small hotels and one riad. This was fine and likely important to achieve the pricing, but good for expectations. If we had the option to upgrade prior to the trip, we would have. Overall, we highly recommend Abdou and this scenic tour.

Fantastic trip, discovering fully Morroco, Sir Abdou was more than a driver, he acted as a guide and shared with us all the hidden gems. Even with hours of documentation we would have not found all the info and all the attractions disclosed in the trip. We will be back Sukkran Sir Abdou!

The tour for our family was wonderfully curated. Abdo himself could not have been a better guide and by the end of our trip had become a close friend to our entire family. We were sad to depart from him, and highly recommend the tour to anyone considering whether or not they should sign up.
