[Privatbil] Asahiyama Zoo, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Ningle Terrace (Avgång från och ankomst till Sapporo)

Got to see some pretty spectacular sights on a snowy day - a zoo covered in snow, a waterfall, lake and artisans at work. Tomi our guide and driver did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and beautifully navigated the snowy roads and road closures.

We decided to cut short the trip to just visit the zoo . One of the better designed Zoos I have visited, easy to walk around and good ambiance .

The guide/ driver was very responsive to our needs and knowledgeable, charming, professional and competent driver in treacherous snowy conditions.

The zoo was fun. The penguins' march was very cute! The other animals were nice also. Blue pond had a wonderful view of the mountains but we couldn't see the pond, covered with snow and ice. We had a beautifully clear weather day!! Shirahige falls up the road was amazing. The river's water was blue so that made up a little for the blue pond. Frozen parts of the falls added to the beauty. Ningle Terrace was a waste of time. Too crowded and many stores were closed. Our driver, Tominaga-san, was the best!!! Answered all the questions I had and drove very safely and efficiently in the snow and ice. So driver rates 5 stars and tour sites 3 stars.

The company was very helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking; moreover, seeing that we spoke English, they paired us with an English-speaking driver. Our driver, Andrew, was the best. He was attentive and patient; his customer service skills are A++. He was great at communicating arrival times throughout the day, being an entertaining encyclopedia of fun facts, and providing tips on both local and external destinations. When we accidentally left some stuff in the car, he was kind enough to drop it off at our hotel the next day. The company also has taxi services if you need it! They deserve good business.

The driver was awesome, he navigated the road under blizzard very skillfully. We reached all our destination on time and able to do as per itinerary

The driver was polite and professional, made great use of translation tools to communicate clearly, and the car was very nice. Overall, it was a great experience.

Our guide Mr. Masaru Tanerani was at our hotel for pickup right on time. He drove safely despite the harsh weather. He was very mindful of the different ages people traveling with us. He guided us well on our entire trip. Highly recommend!

Very good service. Drivers are friendly, professional and extremely punctual. The pick up at the hotel is earlier than planned and the drivers waited for us patiently. I initially did not dare to book as there is not much reviews, but after using them, they are a trusted company. You can customise your itinerary with the company.

Our driver Tommy was very punctual (always on time) and polite. He also has a great sense of humor. Whilst not a travel guide, he was able to provide a lot of useful information about the places we were visiting. We felt very safe with him at the wheels as he is a sensible driver with good road safety awareness. We were driving through icy roads and the snow covered countryside around Asahikawa. We would love to have Tommy again as our private driver for future trips around Sapporo.
