Om du inte behöver hotellhämtning kan du gå till "träffpunkten" för att träffa våra förare och fordon. 3/För turer som börjar från Hanoi kan vi hämta dig på Noi Bai flygplats eller något hotell i Hanois centrala område. It was a great experience while travelling rates are good very resonable and also drivers which are send are very polite and genuine in nature safety is also good best part they are always on time no late van and cars are very nyc Infact the luxury van in which we enjoyed a good sitting

Easy and convenient trip to Hanoi and back! Good service and communication throughout the experience and nice clean cars.
Overall we were satisfied, but the experience and safety could be improved if driver was keeping the recommended distance behind other cars (half of km/h in meters) and not honking so frequently.
Dear, Our team thank you for your advice. To be honest, the traffic in Vietnam is not as good as expected and sometimes it is chaostic. Very easy to book via WhatsApp and the communication was very responsive and helpful the whole way through. Perfect way to get from Hanoi to Ha Long after arriving so early into Hanoi from the Sapa night train. Definitely worth the extra money compared to a limousine bus to get the personal pickup and convenience.
