Skäm bort dig för en äkta vinprovning i en charmig vinbar i den historiska stadskärnan, fotspår från Campo de 'Fiori. Stig in i boutiquenoteca med viner staplade på varje hylla där du kommer att hälsas av din värd Patrizia och hennes sommelier son, Giampaolo. När du sitter, låt spelen börja. Lyssna när sommelier tar dig med på en resa runt Italien och dess vinproduktion genom provsmakning av 6 olika viner. Du börjar med ett glas mousserande vin, antingen Prosecco eller Franciacorta, tillsammans med taralli - ett karakteristiskt apuliskt mellanmål. Därefter fortsätter du med att smaka på två olika typer av italienska vita viner, i par med ett urval av lokala, umbriska eller toskanska ostar. Och till sist kommer du att smaka på två enastående röda viner från Italien, liksom ett urval av handplockade salami och kött.

Absolutley great experience. Patrizia has huge knowledge of wines and shared so many interesting facts with us. Wines and snack were absolutely deliciouse and perfectly match. It was a great way of spending evening on our trip to Rome. The perfect hostess!

The sommelier was extremely friendly. The choice of wines delicious. Tasty little plates of meat and cheese accompanied them. The bar was a little squashed and we seemed to be the only participants which made it less of a social event than we hoped for.
Hi Kathy, the focus of this experience is really on the wine and food tasting, and we prefer small groups or even private ones to make the experience more cozy.
This wine tasting far exceeded our expectations. We were able to have good sized samples of unique wines that were also paired with delicious meet and cheese samples. I highly recommend this experience!

We had an excellent time at this event. The host was very knowledgable and the wine was very nice. There was a large range of wines that we tasted and this was accompanied by some facts from the host about the region of Italy it was from and the type of grapes used in the production. We were provided some delicious snacks during the tasting which complimented the wines brilliantly. The host was able to accommodate us inside or outside and was very welcoming. The only thing that I would say was not ideal was that it was held on the street and the road was quite busy therefore we had cars and motorbikes driving past us while at the tasting. Overall this was a fantastic family experience and we had a great time.
This was fabulous! We did it for the experience but it was so much fun and Patrizia was so knowledgeable. Just wish we could have taken all the wines home with us 😊
