Unna dig en härlig toskansk upplevelse. Dyk in i de gröna nyanserna av vår vingård med en privat beskrivning av vår gård. Upplevelsen börjar med en detaljerad introduktion till de jordbruksmetoder vi anammat, hur vår biodynamiska produktionsmetod fungerar och gårdens historia. Sedan kommer du att ha en trerätters toskansk lunch och en vinprovning med 4-5 ekologiska viner som kommer direkt från vingårdens vingårdar och chansen att smaka på alla våra extra jungfruolivoljor omgivna av en spektakulär toskansk miljö. Vi är bara några minuter från San Gimignanos centrum, med en fantastisk utsikt över den toskanska landsbygden och stadens medeltida torn. En italiensk eller engelsktalande familjemedlem guidar dig i upplevelsen med ett professionellt och varmt välkomnande av familjen.

Provningen av vin, Evo-olja och balsamvinäger med toskansk måltid börjar med en kort introduktion till vår gård framför vår Vernaccia-vingård, en av de äldsta i San Gimignano. Den toskanska måltiden består av 4 rätter: en förrätt med traditionell bruschetta och crostini, ekologisk pasta med dagens sås, lokala ostar, kallskuret från Casa Porciatti och vår hembakade kaka. Detta alternativ inkluderar också ett urval av minst fyra ekologiska och biodynamiska viner från Podere La Marronaia, såsom Vernaccia di San Gimignano och Chianti Colli Senesi, 6 sorters extra virgin olivolja, naturliga och smaksatta, och 3 sorters balsamvinäger. Vi kommer att förklara hur man kopplar ihop var och en med den serverade maten.

Nice location, good explanation of the wine and olive oils. You can buy everything directly. Wine was not entirely my taste and pricey.
Immersed in the gorgeous countryside the tremendous wines and lovely lunch overlooking the vineyards took us a world away. Informative and fun. Thank you for a day to remember

This was a perfect lunch. Great views, wine, olive oils and food. When they say light lunch- don't believe them. It's the perfect compliment to their wines and oils.
This experience was second to none! What a beautiful place! The wine was excellent and they catered to a non drinking friend as well with juices! Food was excellent and there was no pressure to buy! Beautiful experience!
Fantastic tasting experience at a stunning winery. It looks like Tuscany does in the movies, it is breathtaking. The starters were especially delicious. The olive oil and balsamic tasting was even better than expected. The flavored olive oils taste exactly like their flavor, very fresh and delicious. The wines were delicious as well. I bought some of each to send back home. I did want to note this is just a private tasting for your group, there is not a tour around which we were okay with but it does say there will be a brief tour in the description.
