I selected to have the driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. In fact, I scheduled the time to pick us up at the resort when I booked the trip. However when we are expecting to be picked up by the driver, I was informed by a representative that it was only for pickup, not drop off. If that were the case why would the app ask for the day and time for our pickup from the resort. Very disappointed in this app (Viator) and this company. We were willing to pay the price, but I do not like the non-transparency. It felt like a scam.
Very prompt with responses, they were on time to the airport and to pick us back up. Very friendly, I will definitely recommend this service
