Privat transport från Faros flygplats till Albufeira

Driver was not friendly or welcoming at all. We were asked to drag our own luggage to the car which was not in the pickup area like most shuttles but was in the parking lot, a walk away from the airport. When attempting to try and communicate with the driver he was distracted and wanted to hurry us along to get to his next pickup. Not a good service experience.

Extremely efficient and friendly driver who helped us with our suitcases and provided useful information en route to our destination.

Went to book a transfer with this company from faro airport to Albufeira where my hotel is, proceeded to fill out information correctly on the website flight details name and dates correctly, booking came in as for the day after me using the site and notified the company straight away that transfer was for 3 weeks prior to this, spoke to customer care and they told me on phone this would be resolved by them as it was an anniversary and she also asked would I be using the company for further bookings and it was resolved on the phone I received an email saying what time you land from another working in the company who I said you need to talk to your manager about this I then was contacted by another customer care representative saying that booking wasn’t able to be fixed after being told on phone it was I received another email saying i would get a refund and that it was under review, I then received an email saying they listen to phone call and said I will not be receiving any further information about a refund I am absolutely furious and appalled by this

Dropped my kids off at the wrong location did not even make sure it was right. Would have been nice that they made sure cost a fortune in roaming to find the.

He was at the airport waiting for us and was super helpful and great. Our flight was delayed 40 mins and was concerned about him still being there, he was there no issue

What a lovely journey! José I think he was called was the perfect driver! Met us on time with a digital tablet with my name on it. lovely comfortable clean car, great conversation and a safe drive. Highly recommended!!
