We asked for a vehicle that would carry four people with luggage from the cruise terminal to the airport. The driver was very nice and the car was fine but it’s too small. I believe it was a Toyota RAV4, so the four of us with our luggage were quite cramped.

The driver picked us up on time and was very pleasant and helpful. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight to the US.

Easy to book with Viator. Arranged hotel to airport transport for 5 with luggage in Vancouver, BC. Received confirmation, ticket, and then text from assigned driver, Tommy. Tommy was very responsive and kept us updated on his ETA and arrival, skilled at arranging luggage, and pleasant to chat with on the ride. Great experience overall!

The driver was very distracted during our ride he was on the line with his parents and in and out of traffic. The young man seemed to be very distracted this is coming from a professional driver who also process drives black car for the upscale hotels in slc I was not very happy with the experience and my wife gave the young man a tip. I think he does need to review his customer service and maybe not be on the phone during his drive. We were not worried about the late arrival to pick us up since I do understand traffic issues but he did not reach out at all stating that he was stuck in traffic this was not the type of service I would state is a top of the line. It falls under uber feel just trying to get by in the day and to the next pick up.

The provider did a good job staying in touch. This was especially important because the airline changed my flight. All communications were successfully completed through Viator AND text with the provider. The driver arrived on time as promised and got me to the airport in plenty of time.
