Airport to hotel.
Pedro was very nice. He texted with all the information and was very prompt and on time. He gave us information about the city and got us to the hotel without any problems. Would definitely recommend him. We had plane problems and had to reschedule from morning to night. The company was very easy to communicate with and they rescheduled without any problem. Definitely recommend this transfer.

Great Private Airport Shuttle.
Bruno was our driver and this man did an incredible job. Instructions on how to contact him, where to meet, and assistance with our luggage. Safe comfortable ride. Gave us a great background on Lisbon on its vibrant history and culture. Bruno was an example on how to create a welcoming atmosphere. The driver was excellent so we got him to take us to the ship was very helpful getting help from ship staff to look after me with my bad leg

Great customer service
Transport was booked week’s ago and communication was great. We had a cancelled flight which delayed our arrival for 24 hours. Tour operator was advised and the accommodated. Last minute i inquired about a couple hours tour around Lisbon as we were heading straight to the cruise port. Our driver Bruno was amazing and took us to see the highlights of the city. Highly recommend!!!!

Driver was not prompt at...
Driver was not prompt at our airport arrival. He next drove us to the wrong hotel in a so-so location. even though we'd sent the correct information about our downtown upscale hotel. We corrected him. He apologized and took us there promptly.

Your flight arrived approximately one hour earlier than originally scheduled. Despite this unexpected early arrival, our driver proceeded to the airport immediately. Our message records show that we remained in contact throughout. After collecting your luggage, you informed us that you were at Starbucks near Exit 1, which is outside the official Meet & Greet location. Our driver came to meet you there, and we were able to meet within a very short time. Regarding the hotel, the booking included only the hotel name and not the address. As there are hotels in Lisbon with very similar names, the driver briefly approached the wrong property. Once you clarified the destination, the route was corrected immediately, with only a minimal delay. We sincerely regret that these misunderstandings affected your impression of the service. Personalized and dedicated service!
My flight was delayed plus I had to wait in the passport check lines for 2 hrs. Bruno was so kind and waited for me all that time with regular communication. He handled my bags wi the care and drove me door to door even waiting to make sure I could access my apartment and connected with the landlord. He provided history and recommendations during the ride. Very friendly!
