We did three 1/2 day tours, day one karnak and luxor temple, then valley of the kings and Hatshpsut Temple, then today Habu temple, workers village and Memnon. Our guide Jackie was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and made the tour perfect. Adapting the times, what our shopping needs were(or in our case none), and having so much knowledge that gave a complete story. We WOULD definitely recommend her a guide to these sites. Sam the taxi driver was an excellent driver in what seemed a chaotic road (often dodging horses, families on motorbikes etc). Was very pleasant and offered cold water at every stop. Diolch o galon
We recently planned our Egypt trip through Nasco Tours, booking all local sight-seeing experiences through them. Overall, the itinerary was well-organized, and coordination during the trip was smooth. The team was responsive while we were planning and ensured that most arrangements went as expected. However, our experience was impacted by an issue with a prepaid activity. We had booked a hot air balloon ride in Luxor for $640, which unfortunately got canceled due to bad weather. While we completely understand that weather-related cancellations are unavoidable, we were assured that the refund would be processed back to our credit card. Despite multiple follow-ups over an extended period of 2 months, we have not yet to receive the refund, which has been quite disappointing.The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to process a legitimate refund has been extremely frustrating. Once the payment was made, there has been little to no support in resolving this issue. I would strongly caution others to be careful when booking prepaid activities through this company, especially when it comes to refunds.

Fantastic two-day private tour of Luxor’s East and West Banks. On the first day, we visited Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple; on the second day, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut’s Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Tombs of the Nobles. Jackie was an exceptional guide, extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and able to bring each site to life with the perfect balance of detail and storytelling. She tailored the experience to our pace and made the history feel truly immersive. Kamall was a reliable and professional driver, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended.
It was very interesting and we learned so much during the tour
Me and my mom had an AMAZING time, we enjoyed the tour so so much. We had Nermeen as a tour guide and let me tell you she is the BEST🫶🏼 she knows so much about the history and tells everything so captivating and detailed. No question is too much. She also takes amazing pictures 🥰 I really recommend this company and Nermeen a tour guide! Also if you are going with only women, it is so comfortable to have a feminine tour guide. We felt very safe.

We had an amazing trip with Nasco. We had a full day on the West Bank of Luxor and a half day on the East Bank. Nermeen was an amazing tour guide - so knowledgeable, so kind, and very patient as we took lots of photos. Bassam was a fantastic driver!
Amazing amazing tour with Nermeen and Bassam. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient while we took our time, and very friendly. Everything was smooth, on time, etc. They even took us to an artisan store upon our request, in addition to the standard tour. I cannot recommend more highly!
