Driver was early for pick up, and was very helpful with our bags. Communication from the company about drop off location was great. Van was in good condition, and air conditioned. The driver didn’t speak much English, but we managed to communicate essential information well enough.
Cheapest transfer on the island! We got picked up from port and taken to hotel on other side of island. Only €25 which even our hotel expected to be €35. They were waiting at the port with my name and although we chose the transfer with up to 3 stops and up to 10 people, we were the only ones on the bus. Would definitely recommend, was going to use a previous transfer company but they were not as responsive and was already booked with Baikas Travel by the time they replied and I needed same day transfer.

Thanos was a very polite and knowledgeable tour guide. We went to Oia and Fira and explored the area. We also visited the monastery on top of the mountain. Very beautiful views.
Met us right at exit of airport - as easy as it gets! There were a few other passengers who had drop offs first but great van and ride.
We didn’t end up using this service as our cruise ship with Norwegian Cruise Line - shortened our time on shore. The provider tried very hard to help us work around the change in schedule but just dosing work out. Great service and communication - thank you

Excellent service the driver awaiting for me with a very clear sign in artivals, went to the car park and bought the vehicle to the passenger assisted point. The driver was very polite and spoke English. The email correspondence throughout with the company was very good and acknowledged a change to my return very quickly by email. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. Thank you Martha and Emma.
