On time, put all our luggage in van, driver was great!
This was the worst airport transfer I’ve ever experienced. I was told ahead of time that the terminal we were arriving to was under construction and that the driver would meet us right outside. Perfect, he was there with a sign. What I did not expect was to have him speed walk us a quarter mile away from the terminal, dragging our luggage the whole way, to a shady looking spot of a slight driveway with a gate blocking it. We then had to wait until he went and got the car and drove back to pick us up. While I understand the terminal was under construction, plenty of other transport companies were actively picking passengers up at the terminal. The only reason I could come up with for why it was handled in this way was that it must be some sort of unofficial transfer service and they wanted to avoid the terminal. They had no business shirts or logos identifying them as a legit company. He also had what I assume to be his wife with him, which made the whole thing seem even less legit. All in all, a very uncomfortable start to vacation. I would never recommend this and am shocked by the high rating they currently hold.

To reduce waiting times for our guests, our representative meets clients outside the terminal and escorts them to a nearby designated pickup area while the vehicle is brought around. In most cases, this allows guests to depart more quickly than waiting at the terminal curbside. We understand that this process may have felt unusual, especially if you were unfamiliar with the airport's temporary setup. However, we would like to assure you that we are a fully licensed and established transportation company, and the representative who met you was part of our team assigned to assist arriving passengers. We appreciate your comments regarding identification and presentation, as these are areas we continually work to improve. Caribbean Airport Transfers was top notch! They got in contact from the time we reserved the transportation and remained in contact prior to our trip. The day before travel, they sent a very detailed message via WhatsApp to explain how we would identify our driver, how to avoid interacting with the wrong transportation service, and how long they would wait once our flight landed. The gave us a head's up about construction at the airport and the alternative plan to reach the driver. The sent a photo of my name on the tablet we should be looking for and to let me know our driver was ready to receive us. As far as our departure, communication was great. They texted the day before to confirm transportation (date, time, and location). The driver was going to be delayed by 5 min and we were notified in plenty of time. He showed up as promised, tablet in hand with my name, and got us safely back to the airport as scheduled. They shared a link with information about other services they offered related to other tours and excursions. I appreciated that they were not too pushy with this. They provided a link and left the decision up to us. The drivers were courteous, professional, and provided great service. The vehicles were clean, spacious, and both drivers provided great music for the drive. I would highly recommend Caribbean Airport Transfers and will definitely use them again!

Would recommend. Driver was on time and friendly and we had no trouble. The vehicle was big enough for all of us and our luggage and he knew the area well.
