I am on holiday for the first time in Portugal, and needed a trnasfere from the airport, I was recommended by Beetravel services, my driver was Vitaliy, welcomed me on arrivals from the airport and helped with luggage, I liked it immensely. I recommend

Very rookie driver that needs to stick to taxi work not airport transfers. He left me at some uphill steps with very heavy luggage and no directions to how to get to the lobby of the property to check in. He told me that’s where they always drop off people at that property. When I insisted then he drove me to the hotel reception lobby entrance so I could roll my heavy luggage to get checked in.
Dear Trish, first of all we are very sorry you had so bad day and wish you all the best. We've read your message carrefully and it's very strange to hear it, the driver that took you from airport to the hotel is not conflict driver at all, and always ready to help when he can. Please remember that you booked transfer service from airport to hotel and not assistance service with all inclusions. Also we want to remind you that driver been very patient to wait you at the airport after free waiting time was already over when you been looking for your lost luggage at the airport. Also he helped you with luggage to the parking place, etc... Regarding your drop off location, please note that on the booking says to drop you at the resort so it's the place where driver should to take people. And on GPS logs of the car we see that driver took you to the right place. (You also can check on google maps and see that this is right place to stop) When driver stop the car at the resort he took your luggage up stairs and explained how to go to the reception, when driver realized you been very stressed he decided to leave you at the next hotel reception.
