För upphämtning på flygplatsen behöver vi flygnumret och fullständig upphämtningsadress, oavsett om det är en bostadsfastighet eller ett hotell. Company charge me for a service and then canceled on me with no refund. Siting I was out the pick up circle, didn’t disclose number of bags (I did not know the correct number of bags in our party because I hadn’t seen my family yet) and the had 8 seats in the van which was all we needed because we had 2 twin infants that would be in a lap. I would never use this company because of the unprofessional way they handled things!!
Excellent experience. Driver was on time and very helpful. He provided information about various options for us.
Hamit provided excellent service and wonderful conversation. He helped my father and my wife's mother with their bags and made them comfortable and engaged them in fun and informative conversation. Hamit made the 2.5 hours fly by. Thanks for the great service!
The driver was extremely rude and acted annoyed with us. We were later than he thought we would be when we had no control over when our flight got there and we got our bags. He said since it took so long he made my husband pay for extra parking at the airport. He was very unfriendly and we even heard him being rude to the next group getting on when we love telling them that they lied to him about how many bags they had they seem very nice and friendly.

According to our records, after your flight landed, our driver waited at the airport and attempted to contact you. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response for approximately 60 minutes after landing, so the driver had no way of knowing whether you had arrived, were delayed, or still required the transfer. As a result, additional airport parking charges were incurred. We are sorry if the driver's communication came across as unfriendly. We expect all of our drivers to remain professional and courteous at all times, and we will share your feedback with him to help improve our service. It’s about a two hour scenic drive. Unfortunately, no AC in vehicle, but made it with windows down. Driver was professional and courteous.
The driver gave us no air conditioning for 2 1/2 hours. We would never use this company again. Not respectful of our need for air conditioning

Your booking was for a 16-seat minibus, which has a different air conditioning system than a standard passenger car. On the day of your trip, the outside temperature was above 35°C, making it more challenging for the vehicle to cool the cabin quickly. I should have given a lower rating due to the lack of communication with Viator, however I gave a 5 star because of our driver, Jamal. Our flight was changed and I communicated the change to Viator however, they failed to tell our driver. Our driver waited 2 hours for us at the airport, was very courteous, and took us all the way to Southampton from Heathrow at 11:00 pm. Viator is lucky to have drivers like Jamal who make the trip worth while. Viator… improve the communication process, as for the price we paid there should be better communication between company and driver.
Mohammed is a very skilled driver. He was also super helpful and friendly. He navigated London traffic really good. Highly rommended!
I can say that the driver got us safely from our hotel to the cruise port, but the trip itself was a very concerning experience. About halfway through the drive, I noticed the vehicle repeatedly drifting within the lane and then abruptly correcting course, much like someone who is falling asleep at the wheel. I began watching the driver through the rearview mirror and quickly realized he was looking down at his phone far more often than he was watching the road. Concerned for our safety, I discreetly recorded a video of the driver. To make sure I wasn't imagining what I was seeing, I woke my wife, who also observed the driver through the rearview mirror. She witnessed the same behavior: he was continuously looking down at his phone while driving, causing the vehicle to repeatedly swerve as he corrected back into the lane. While we did arrive at the cruise port, the driver's distracted driving made the trip feel unsafe and is something I believe should be taken seriously.
