Great communication through WhatsApp leading up to our arrival made us feel confident getting off the ferry after 5hrs that someone would be there! Very friendly young man helped us with our bags and then arranged for someone from our hotel to meet us at the drop off point to get our bags the rest of the way! Couldn’t ask for more 👍👍
