The driver was professional, picked us up on the day of our flight, contacted us on the day of the transfer from our hotel to Narita airport. However, we had updated the pickup time to be in the morning instead of an afternoon pickup and he wouldn't change the pickup time as he said he didn't get the message to come early. We contacted the tour operator two days before the transfer date and explained if they couldn't pick us up earlier we would have to find another transport option. The tour operator said the booking was update and I received a confirmation email, but on the day of transport the driver sent me a message saying he did not received the update message and the driver would not pick us up in the morning. So we had to wait in the lobby for over four hours for the driver to pick us up in the the afternoon.
