Pickup was fairly smooth at the cruise port. But the company needs to advertise that 3 people will have to sit facing backwards in the vehicle. I had called a few days ahead to see if we could get a vehicle where all seats faced forward, and was told no, but that I could cancel. Unfortunately, at that late of a date, I could not cancel -- there were no other options. We had some family members get carsick from this seating arrangement. I wouldn't have booked it if I'd known this is how we had to sit for 2 hours.

To clarify, our fleet includes luxury vehicles such as the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Mercedes-Benz Vito, which are standard choices across professional limousine and chauffeur services in the UK. These vehicles are designed with executive-style interiors, which include face-to-face seating in the rear. Unfortunately, forward-facing seats are not available in these models. Forward-facing seating may only be available through local minicab companies using standard MPVs like VW or Ford, but not in luxury chauffeur-driven vehicles. When you contacted us before your journey, we were transparent about the seating layout and offered you the option to cancel free of charge, as we understand this configuration may not suit everyone. We also provide complimentary amenities such as bottled water and the option for comfort stops during longer journeys.
