Traveling with family, this was the best option for us. It was convenient and stress free! Easy communication and our driver was outside the gates already waiting for us. We will definitely use this service again.

Amazing service. My day started early in Xi'an with my transfer, a no show, to the Shanghai-bound fast train - so my expectations were low. After a fantastic 6hr trip to a VERY busy Shanghai Hongqiao station, the driver greeted me with a name board, took my bag. In the vehicle, he handed me water & switched on aircon. He seemed to know everything I needed before I did 😆. Excellent driver too: hoon free, gave way to pedestrians, motorbikes, pointed out places of interest despite language barrier & then parked-up & carried my bag into the Fairmont hotel. (My hotel was nextdoor in the very pedestrian Nanjing St-he followed his instructions to the letter). Worth every cent!!!
