ELITE experience! Booked a private round trip transport from the airport to our hotel for my wife and I during our vacation to Punta Cana. Directions on meeting point for pickup were clear and there was always constant communication from the company. Our driver was super professional and the rides were smooth. We used the company for private transport on both the excursions that my wife and I took and we also booked through them for fair and reasonable prices. We will definitely be using this company again!
Salvador from Private Transfers was very nice and quite friendly. He made our ride very enjoyable. We will repeat our use with this company.
The “person in the car” showed up an 45 Minutes-1 hour late. He couldn’t tell me the name of business to look for because there is no name. He said look for man in white shirt. There’s all kinds of people in white shirts….the airport is completely chaotic and I am looking For a man in a white shirt. They were very “sorry” and said lots of Traffic. They barely spoke English. The caller I communicated with is different than the person that picked us up. The day we left I ask him if he could pick us up at 2:00 to go to airport. I thought I’d give them another chance. Guess what: 2:30 and no one there. I had to get the hotel to call Us a taxi. So we arrived to Punta Cana mad and left mad. Terrible communication, no reliability. How this company has 5 stars I have no clue. We are 0 for 2 with them.
I booked solo transportation from the airport to my resort. The day before my trip the business texted clear instructions via what’s app. Once I arrived there was constant contact as it can be confusing and a bit overwhelming to find your driver. I was met by Luis who then brought me over to my driver Maciel. They were both very nice. I would book transportation with this company again.
They were very attentive to make sure I was able to find them at the airport. I had to change hotels after booking and they were able to help albeit with paying the difference. They took me to the hotel and made sure I was at the correct place.
Good communication. Driver could not speak English but was very friendly. Would use again on our next trip to the dominant republic.

You guys left me stranded in the airport with no way to get hotel. I had call the hotel to get help for transportation.
