I called last night to confirm pick up time. The driver was early. He gave us 10 minutes and left. We were waving at him to stop but he wouldn’t. Terrible service. The driver and I were in constant contact but it did not matter. Awful.

We were heading back to CDG airport from Paris, but not for a flight departure. We were picking up a rental car for the rest of our vacation. The driver was on time and knew exactly where to drop us off; right to the door of the correct rental car company.
Wonderful experience. Mohammad was the absolute best and extremely helpful with the whole process of getting us to the airport and assisting my husband with getting our bags and myself who was in a wheelchair into the airport where we needed to be.

What an excellent experience! We had Erik twice as our driver and he was amazing. Prompt, loaded and unloaded the bags, provided tips and places that we could not miss! Our favorite was the rooftop coffee at Galerie Lafayette. Don’t trust another company with your transportation needs because you’ve found them when you book here! Thanks again!
