Marco did a fantastic job and was very cordial and Professional.. Our plane was a little late and he stayed and waited for us, and then when there was block streets, he found other avenues to get us to our hotel.
The driver was great! So personable! Told us about Palermo as he drove. Was promptly waiting for us at the airport. He even carried our suitcases into the hotel lobby ! Felt very safe with him driving too
