this was an excellent Van transfer company to work with. They were extremely accommodating when we had changes and went over and above to service an additional two passengers that we added to our transfer. our driver Calin was fantastic and extremely pleasant. highly recommended.

BEWARE!! I would give this 0 stars if I could. My husband and I booked our transfer months in advance for departure from Avalon cruise in Olenita Romania, which is in the middle of nowhere with limited transportation, to a hotel in Bucharest(1 1/2 hrs away) for flight the next day. I received a confirmation at 4:30am for our 10:25am transfer. Driver never showed and no communication. When we finally were able to reach a human being at Transfeero they didn't know either and cancelled our transfer. I travel a lot all over the world and this is a new one for me. The cruiseline stepped in luckily and helped is luckily but we sat 4 hrs waiting. I know there are plenty of positive reviews but you will be rolling the dice with this "company" and limited customer support.
Please double check the company that should have delivered the transfer. It is not us! We don't even work with Transfeero, we don't get bookings from there at all and never did. This is Christina Private Tours Romania, please double check your Transfeero reservation and the name of who should have delivered this transfer, then please remove this review because you are causing a great harm to us.
