Alessandro made our travel so easy and comfortable. We found him easily as he drove right up to us at the meeting place, and brought his beautiful immaculate van. During the heat wave we felt stressed but once we got into his van we felt relieved, he even brought us ice cold water. Alessandro was professional, went above and beyond, and offered excellent rates. Even after our drop off he answered any and all requests we had for advice via WhatsApp. We loved his prompt responses and excellent communication. I will save his info for our next trip. Alessandro kept in touch with us from the moment we hired the service. Do the train strike we had to change our travel and he helped us to change our pick up time and location to make it easier to pick up our family of 6! The van was super clean and new and perfectly cool with great AC! Alessandro showed us the spots along the way and provided great recommendations! Highly suggest using this service for your trips!
