The instructions upon our arrival were simply to exit the station with the trains at our back. The Milan train station has three exits. The instructions should have been more specific - to exit to piazza 4 November. It took almost an hour to make connection with the transfer.

Did you call the driver? What was the issue with not finding the correct exit?
