Great service from Culture Pham Travel. Organising the transfer was very smooth and every thing went like clockwork. Mr.Thai was courteous and ensured we had a few pit stops at some picturesque spots on the way. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.
Mr. Đức was great! On time, safe, never felt rushed, stopped everywhere I wanted, found me great places to eat, helpful, kind, eager to please, communicated timely, etc. I would book again for sure!
The communication was easy and clear through Whatsapp in English. We organised the pickup last minute and was able to get the booking confirmation for the same afternoon. You need to pay a deposit through credit card or bank transfer(Wise), then pay the remainder to the driver. Mr Lee was our driver, he was on time and friendly. We visited the Lagoon and Pass on the way from Hue to Hoi An which was a great addition to the ride.
While speaking little English our driver was excellent. Attentive and safe on the roads, we stopped at all customer tailored sights, with plenty of time to wonder and take photos. The vehicle was extremely comfortable and the driver ensured it remained cool, especially as it was significantly hot n humid outside. Highly recommend using these services as a means to transfer and see some extraordinary sights on the way!
We hired them to transport a group of 11 of us with luggages from Hue to Hoi An. Our driver Mr. Duc showed up early to load our luggages and dropped us off at our hotel in Hoi An, with a few stops along the way. Highly recommended.
