The driver is polite and professional, also he is very kind. The process is very smooth. Would highly recommended
Blue Jade were excellent in every respect for our airport/hotel transfers in Bangkok. We used their services 4 times over June and July and they were always on time, communicated very well, the vans were modern, comfortable, clean, safe and fit us without issue (2 adults, 2 kids, 5 suitcases). Drivers drove safely and were very experienced, even in the chaotic traffic of Bangkok we never felt concerned. Pricing was great as well. Highly recommend.

Driver was exactly on time at 4:00 am and made it an easy trip to the airport to drop us off. Very efficient. Would recommend!

Our driver was early and was waiting in the lobby, which I liked a lot - as I wanted to leave early. And importantly, van was very clean.

I took a shuttle from my hotel in Bangkok to the airport, and the overall experience was excellent. The driver was very punctual and even arrived early, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. He was polite and friendly, and his driving was steady and safe, making the ride very comfortable. I would definitely choose this service again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Driver was at the hotel lobby already when we went to meet him. He was polite and friendly. We arrived to the airport again. The transfer fare was a good price.
